I came to know Lata only in May 2020. She took over my policies when my agent left. Lata has great customer service and always expeditiously replies my queries. Somehow, she knows I cannot wait for her replies and will immediately handle my queries even when she is about to go into a meeting in two minutes. She will forward links to me and assist me in following up. I know I am not her only client but her urgency to respond to me is ridiculously fast.
