I reminisced the time when I met Lata at the most unexpected place - an acquaintance's birthday party. It was a very good coincidence to meet a financial planner at the right timing in my life. Lata has shown such genuine care and concern when I told her about my new marital status - freshly divorced and a mother to 2 young lives. I was not financially savvy so I listened with full focus when Lata started to give advice about my high maintanence car. 'Sell it, Naz.. Or scrap it. You can save much more.' That was the first advice she gave. I heeded her advice. That eased my financial burden a lot. The next thing for my financial freedom was to settle all credit card debts, which I did. I couldn't be more thankful to Lata for the golden advice. She is always offering her help in anything that she sees she can do. The biggest change Lata had for me was to relook at my medical plan I had covered. She was there for me advising me even though I had an insurance policy covering my hospitalisation. It is certainly rare to have someone guide you unconditionally when you need it at the right time right place. Lata was the right financial advisor for me. Eventually she also looked into my children's well being and chose the best option for their medical care policies and education too. I am so grateful for Lata and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs genuine advice and wisdom in financial planning . I came to know Lata only in May 2020. She took over my policies when my agent left. Lata has great customer service and always expeditiously replies my queries. Somehow, she knows I cannot wait for her replies and will immediately handle my queries even when she is about to go into a meeting in two minutes.
